I can vouch for the effectiveness of these online tools in boosting my retirement income as I have used all of them myself. Many of the tools are entirely free or offer a trial period.
In some cases I have included a link to a YouTube explanatory video. YouTube is a useful tool in its own right, as you can find information on practically anything.

Canva You can create your own personalised banners, ads, headers….. extremely quickly using Canva. It has literally thousands of templates to suit every occasion.
Pixlr Pixlr has a wide range of photo and image editing tools. You can also manipulate and personalise stock photos to create images for ads. Here is a link to a short video on You Tube entitled ‘Pixlr Editor Design Basics‘
Promote Your Posts On Social Media
Buffer Schedule posts, images and videos in Buffer and they are shared 24/7 on social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+ and Instagram. You also receive a report on the number of Retweets, Likes, Mentions and Clicks you receive.
Hootsuite Hootsuite is rather similar to Buffer, but the free program is not so generous in its range of social media sites. However it does offer several additional services. You can find new content to re-post through creating search streams by hashtag, location or keyword. This content can be reposted or scheduled instantly.
Crowdfire This is an amazing app for following and unfollowing users on Twitter and Instagram. You can also find people who follow your competitors or other accounts on Crowdfire. Direct messages can be sent to new followers, automatically, to help engage with them. Here is a useful video tutorial which shows you how it works.

TweetDeck If you want to keep track of everything that is happening on your Twitter account, then Tweetdeck is the answer. A single screen display, divided into columns, enables you to stay organised and up to date. My four columns are headed ‘Home’, ‘Notifications’, ‘Messages’ and ‘Activity’.
Tracking Anything You Publish
Trck.me You can waste a huge amount of time and money on advertising if you don’t know which of your ads is generating the greatest response. Trck.me is a powerful, user friendly tool, which analyses which of your articles, posts or ads has the most clicks.
Google Analytics Google Analytics gives the same information as Trck.me, but generates more detailed reports on the visitor’s behaviour and how your site performs against goals and revenue. More suitable for a larger operation. Here is a useful tutorial video
AdReel The best way to convert traffic is by using animated ads. AdReel does just that for you, by creating stunning ads incredibly quickly, without you requiring any video or design expertise. This is a premium product which will cover your initial outlay time after time. Just Google AdReel.
Avast Free Anti Virus The Avast System scans for security and performance issues and informs you how to fix any problems. It also has a method of analysing files before they actually arrive with you.

Dropbox Dropbox enables you to organise all of your photos and files, so you can access them very rapidly. Every user is allotted 2 GB of free space, which can be increased to 18 GB at no extra cost. It is available on a wide range of devices. Single file or entire folders can be shared without the recipient having a Dropbox account.
Photopin Photopin has a huge library of royalty free photos for non-commercial use. These photos are available in ten different sizes and are downloaded with an attribution in place.
